Exercising goes beyond losing weight or reducing measures, it brings innumerable benefits, like a boost in productivity at work. That’s why more companies are finding ways to include engagement for health and wellness into their employee benefits.

The main objectives of exercise pursued by most people are usually to improve general health, lose weight, and gain muscle mass, but there are so many more benefits. Studies have shown that constant physical activity can not only improve your quality of life, but can make you happier, and increase your work productivity.
